About this website

This is the official website for the Ruby & Curtis music project. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website currently provides information about Ruby & Curtis, the album I Saw You Too, music videos and social channels. It does not currently sell products or services, accept payments or stream music directly.

Music and third-party platforms

Listening buttons link to services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and YouTube Music. Music-video and social links also lead to third-party platforms. Those services are independent of Ruby & Curtis and have their own terms, privacy notices, availability rules and account requirements. We are not responsible for their content, operation or any changes they make.

Copyright and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, the music, lyrics, recordings, music videos, photographs, artwork, branding, text and design on this website are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights belonging to Ruby & Curtis, Applecross Records or their respective licensors.

You may view the website and share links to its public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, distribute, alter, scrape, sell, license or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the website unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with normal operation;
• use automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site; or
• misrepresent an association with Ruby & Curtis or Applecross Records.
